Service Description

* R.A.W. TERMS & CONDITIONS * Please read the following... PROJECT TIME COMPLETION -Depending on session or custom work, the time may vary for your projects completion. Completion can vary between (1-30) business days. PAYMENTS (NO REFUND POLICY) -All sessions require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in order to secure your booking. Once you book my service(s) a R.A.W. digital invoice will be sent same-day via email for a signature. Appointment times cannot be held until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due in full the day of your session *BEFORE* the session begins. Your session will not begin until the balance has been paid in FULL. -The Client will be responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment due to misuse or theft by the Client or any guest of the Client and in the case of a force major event (including but not limited to fires, floods, inclement weather, and earthquakes). * I accept cash payments, PayPal, Venmo or Cashapp. Custom payment plans are available upon request. TRAVEL FEES -Travel fess may apply and vary for locations outside of the service areas or for multiple shoot locations. Client is responsible for paying or reimbursing any parking and hotel expenses. RE-SHOOTS -My goal is for your 100% satisfaction with your session and your images. -There is no charge for re-shoots due only to technical issues (equipment malfunction and computer malfunction). In addition, I cannot offer free re-shoots for any of the following reasons: dissatisfaction with clothing, facial expressions, hair, makeup or anything beyond my control. CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULES -Your shoot is considered canceled if 15 minutes late without notice. -Only (1) reschedule is allowed for absolute proven emergencies, inclement weather and serious incident preventing travel (7) days or more in advance only. -If you cancel your appointment or are a no-show for your session you will have to forfeit all prior payments and will need to restart the booking process in addition to paying a new deposit. RAW PHOTOS & RAW VIDEO FOOTAGE EXPECTATIONS -To prevent copyright infringement © ALL and ANY RAW non-edited Photos or Video Footage CAN NOT be distributed, displayed, reproduced or shared via any platform. -You may purchase some or all of the RAW (unedited) images or video footage from your session with R.A.W. current market price and a contract will be forwarded to be signed and dated.
